Clarion would like to congratulate once again our fellow nominees in the Best Choral Performance category. It was a true honor to be nominated for our recording of Kastalsky's Requiem.
And we would like to congratulate our Artistic Director, Steven Fox, who was Chorus Master on the album that won the GRAMMY® Award for Best Classical Vocal Solo, Ethel Smyth's The Prison, performed by Sarah Brailey, soprano, Dashon Burton, bass-baritone, and the Experiential Orchestra and Chorus conducted by James Blachly. Many of our Clarion singers sang in the The Experiential Chorus, and Clarion Music Society was an organizational partner for the project.
