8/2011 - Clarion welcomes new Board members Paula Pullano, Managing Director, JPMorgan Chase, and Brendan Caldon.

6/2011 -  Luthien Brackett appointed Concert and Events Manager. Luthien is a founding member of the Ensemble Antioch and a member of the Trinity Choir, Wall Street, and those of you who have heard her will agree she is a wonderfully gifted mezzo-soprano.

5/2011 – Clarion’s performance of Handel’s Judas Maccabeus earns high praise from Seen and Heard International and The New York Times.

4/2011 – Clarion Collegium Week launches its new high school program of Baroque master classes for musicians from New York Public schools.

2/2011 –The Clarion Choir’s return to Tully Hall to perform Morton Feldman’s Rothko Chapel, is called “a religious experience” and “a transcendent experience” by Jake Cohen of Consequence of Sound and “pensive and mystical....” by The New York Times’s Anthony Tommasini, who added, “The calm, sensitive performance…conveyed the simplicity and directness of this wondrously restrained music.”  

12/2010 – Clarion’s Bach Christmas Cantatas concert receives rave review from Seen and Heard International.

11/2010 – Clarion’s Lincoln Center debut!  Barbara Jepson of The Wall Street Journal calls the Clarion Choir “superb”, adding "Skillfully led by Steven Fox, the choristers sang with purity of tone and ensemble precision."

10/2010 – Clarion hosts its first gala Masked Ball, with  lively18th century music and  Baroque dances taught by experts.

4/22 - Read the New York Times' review of Clarion's recent Monteverdi Vespers performance

4/10 - Clarion receives its first grant from the Mary Duke Biddle Foundation.

3/10 - Clarion receives Access to Artistic Excellence Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, and its first grant from the New York State Council on the Arts.

1/10/2010 - Clarion receives an 'Access to Artistic Excellence' grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for performances of Monteverdi's Vespers and Bach's Christmas Cantatas in 2010.
